beautiful pool helpful staff coffee maker small room no hanger wet swimming suit
the indoor pool was a beautiful feature. i also liked the coffee maker in the room. the staff were helpful too.
the room was small. i was one adult with 2 kids and we barely fit. there was nowhere to hang wet swimming suits after use.

the location was great the staff were helpful
the premier room felt designed for a streamlined look rather than comfort there were no hooks in the bathroom and the closet was cramped it made it difficult to put things away especially for a longer stay i also found a lot of promotional materials cluttering up the small desk

small room cockroach problem
the location was central i could walk to most places easily
the room felt smaller than expected it barely fit one adult with two kids the pool area was a real letdown i spotted cockroaches and the reception staff acted like it was normal they offered champagne that did not solve the cockroach problem

musty odor insufficient towel racks
the location was central, it made exploring the city quite manageable.
The room i was assigned had a noticeable musty odor. It permeated the space making it quite unpleasant, furthermore. The bathroom lacked sufficient towel racks, an oversight i found inconvenient. i reported the odor to the front desk, and i expected a more proactive resolution than merely acknowledging the issue.

fresh fruit hot dishes turndown service
The room included bathrobes and slippers, very useful for going to the spa area. The breakfast buffet offered many options including fresh fruit, pastries and hot dishes. There was a turndown service, with chocolates left on the pillow. I found this very thoughtful.
The gym, while functional, seemed a little small. It had limited equipment.
